About

We sit between operations apps and finance ledgers — reading both until logistics costs tell a consistent story.

Kuala Lumpur commercial towers

Origin

PowerComm AI Digital began as a small practice helping distributors around Kuala Lumpur answer a recurring question: why do freight and warehouse totals refuse to match the movements already recorded in dispatch and inventory applications? The work stayed deliberately concrete — invoices, trip sheets, storage tickets, and cost centre extracts — rather than abstract “visibility” programmes.

Mission

Our mission is to give logistics operators a financially auditable view of haulage, storage, and handling spend, using the app records they already run and the discipline of financial audit sampling.

Working approach

  1. Start with documents finance already trusts.
  2. Tie each material cost family to an operational reference in the applications teams use daily.
  3. Expand samples where variance clusters, not where dashboards look interesting.
  4. Hand back findings a commercial or finance lead can act on without translating jargon.

People

Values

  • Prefer ledger evidence over narrative slides.
  • Name uncertainty when source systems disagree.
  • Keep client operational data within agreed retention windows.
  • Decline work that requires inventing software products the client did not ask for.

Malaysia context

We work primarily with Peninsular Malaysia operators and maintain our office at Level 6, 81 Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur 50200. Site visits to Port Klang, Shah Alam, Penang, and Johor warehouses are scheduled as part of scoped engagements.
