Refund and Cancellation

These terms apply to professional logistics cost analysis engagements booked with PowerComm AI Digital. They do not cover physical product sales — we do not sell merchandise through this site.

Eligibility

Refunds relate to fees paid for scoped engagements (audits, reviews, allocation work, contract audits, and advisory hours). Website browsing is free and not refundable as a purchase.

Deposit and balance

A 40% deposit is ordinarily required to reserve a start date and open document intake. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the findings pack or advisory memo. Written proposals state the exact amounts.

Cancellation by client

  • More than 10 business days before the agreed start date: deposit refunded minus an administrative fee of RM 500 or 10% of the deposit, whichever is lower.
  • 10 business days or fewer before start: deposit is non-refundable because analyst time and scheduling have been committed.
  • After document intake has begun: fees for work completed are payable; unused prepaid balance may be partially refunded at our discretion after deducting time already spent at the proposal rates.

Rescheduling

One reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice is allowed without charge, subject to calendar availability. Further reschedules may incur a RM 400 administrative fee.

No-shows and delayed documents

If kickoff is missed without notice, or required documents are not provided within 15 business days of deposit clearance, we may treat the engagement as client-cancelled and retain the deposit. You may restart later under a new proposal.

Work already started

Time spent on indexing, sampling, site visits, or drafting is non-refundable. Partial refunds, when granted, apply only to unused prepaid portions after deducting completed work.

Non-refundable items

  • Completed findings packs and briefings already delivered
  • Third-party costs pre-approved in writing (for example specialised courier of source files)
  • Follow-on advisory hours already consumed

Refund process and timing

Email hello@powercommai.digital with your proposal reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Malaysian law that cannot be waived remain available. If a proposal states different cancellation terms for a specific engagement, that proposal controls.
